The Pavillon Noir is a contemporary dance centre in Aix en Provence, designed by the architect Rudy Ricciotti in 2006. It's an elegant, modern contrast to much of the more traditional centre of Aix. Next visit I'll make sure I attend a performance there.
marion - yes, i saw some dancers rehearsing but i didn't have a long enough lens to photograph it :) also i wasn't allowed to photograph inside the building & so just sneaked a couple of pictures. have you been to a performance there?
Yep ! I saw "les 4 saisons" the collaboration with Preljocaj and Fabrice Hyber... It was in 2006 I think, for the opening. It was crowded and in the basement... I loved it.
