Rimu

Beautiful native wood was used throughout New Zealand homes in the 1950s and 1960s.
Here rimu was used for the doors and the darker matai for the handles.

Villa Kerylos

I've posted from the Villa Kerylos before but as we sometimes stay in the area, it's a spot I often go back to - this time with a black & white film in the camera.

Each piece of the furniture is an exact copy of a Grecian original.
The woven leather work is especially beautiful.

On the roof of Le Corbusier's Cité Radieuse in Marseille with Stephanie & Marion.
